Vesa Nissinen is an internationally recognized scholar and mentor in leadership development. Combining full career as a military officer, educational scientist, active executive leadership coach and international level sport leader he has a wide experience on leadership in practice. Vesa Nissinen holds PhD in educational sciences from the University of Helsinki, associate professorship in University of Lapland and professor of practice in Manav Rachna University in India. Vesa Nissinen is an author of 10 books. He is known as the creator and executive coach of Deep Leadership program since late 1990’s and founder of Deep Lead Inc. After retirement from the Finnish Defense Forces as a Colonel, Vesa Nissinen works actively also in shooting sports as the president of Finnish shooting federation. In 2024, Vesa Nissinen founded and acts as a director of ISSF Academy that provides high level coach education globally in shooting sports.

Simona Rasalė is the CEO of Myliu mišką, a Lithuanian non-profit organisation built on the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to contribute to a greener Lithuania. By creating tangible ways for people and organisations to take part, Myliu mišką has brought thousands of people together and helped plant more than 100,000 trees across the country. Simona brings a human perspective to sustainability, connecting two very different time horizons: business often measures impact in quarters, while a forest grows over decades. Her work is about turning decisions made today into lasting value for people and the planet.

Audrius Tulaba is the CEO of INHUS Group, an international design-build company providing integrated engineering, precast concrete production and construction solutions across the Baltic, Nordic and UK markets.

Leading INHUS Group since 2007, Audrius focuses on the company’s strategic development and international growth. His work centres on strengthening INHUS’ integrated design-build approach, bringing engineering, production and construction together to improve efficiency, optimise the use of resources and deliver long-term value for both the business and its clients.

Head of Sustainability Reporting at Telia Company, where she leads the development and delivery of sustainability reporting and disclosure activities. With 10 years of experience in sustainability across Europe and North America, she has worked extensively at the intersection of sustainability and business strategy. Ana specializes in ESG reporting and regulatory compliance, including CSRD, and is passionate about helping organizations translate sustainability ambitions into transparent, measurable, and decision-useful outcomes through effective reporting practices.

Vitalija Impolevičienė is an attorney at law and co-head of the ESG service line in Sorainen. Vitalija focuses on sustainable finance regulation, ESG governance, sustainable finance transactions and financial sector compliance. Before joining Sorainen, Vitalija held senior legal positions across the banking, insurance, and public sectors. She has extensive experience in regulatory governance, risk oversight, and compliance within highly regulated industries. She has also completed executive education in sustainability at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, University of Oxford.
Vitalija advises on sustainable financial disclosure requirements, conducts training on ESG legal requirements for companies and business associations, works on renewable energy and sustainable transport financing transactions, and delves into the challenges companies across sectors face in implementing ESG requirements.

Virginija Gecaite currently leads the European Investment Bank's Office in Lithuania, the world’s largest multilateral financial institution and one of the biggest providers of climate finance. In this role, she promotes the Bank's financial products and services to market players in the Baltic region, while ensuring projects align with the European Union's strategic objectives, including climate and environmental sustainability, cohesion, innovation, and sustainable energy. Prior to this, Virginija served as a Senior Loan Officer in the EIB’s Financial Institutions Department, where she was responsible for structuring and deploying financial instruments, primarily in Northern and Central Eastern Europe. Virginija is an alumna of Vilnius University and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Suffolk University in Boston, USA.

More than 20 years of leadership experience in transport and logistics.
She is also a Board Member of the Lithuanian Transport Innovation Association (TIA), where she actively contributes to advancing innovation, digitalisation and sustainable development across the transport and logistics sector.
Throughout her career, Rasma has led organisations through market disruptions, digital transformation and geopolitical challenges, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational experience. Her work focuses on building resilient supply chains, improving operational efficiency and driving practical sustainability in logistics.

Maria Jobenius is a Senior Sustainability Strategist at Scania, where she works globally on sustainability transformation, employee engagement and learning. She has held several senior positions within Scania, spanning sustainability, communications, brand management and commercial operations. Alongside her role at Scania, Maria is an industrial PhD researcher at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Her research explores how workplace learning and sustainability communication can strengthen the competencies and engagement needed to support corporate sustainability transformation.

The Director of the Green Building Department at Sweco Polska. He was also a Board Member and President of the Polish Green Building Council in years 2020-2026. He is an industry expert holding over sixteen years of practical experience in the commercial real estate.
Marcin is a graduate of the SET Academy coaching school and a mentor in the Top Woman in Real Estate program. He has completed training and courses in psychology, team skills development, team building, effectiveness, supportive communication, and neuroleadership, among others. He is also the author of several publications on ecological construction.

Isabelle Nordin is Head of Sustainability at SAS, dedicated to accelerating the transition to more sustainable aviation. She works across strategic projects focused on reducing environmental impact, strengthening stakeholder collaboration, and integrating sustainability into business decision-making. Passionate about creating tangible progress, Isabelle believes that innovation, partnerships, and transparency are key to addressing the challenges facing the aviation sector.

Guoda Lomanaite-Juozapaviciene, currently ESG Manager at Nord Security, has worked in sustainability for over 15 years across the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors. Her experience spans organizations such as Deloitte, Lithuanian Post, and Swedbank. She also led Lithuania's National Agency for Youth, managing EU funding programmes, and worked with local, national, and international non-governmental organizations in Lithuania and Europe

Audrius Rutkauskas is currently working as Baltic Head of Sustainability at SEB. For the past 5 years Audrius has been focusing on ESG integration into the bank – from the creation and integration of sustainability strategy and governance model, regulation and ESG incorporation into core processes and procedures to risk management and sustainable finance.

Tadas Kavaliauskas is the Chief Sustainability Officer at ILTE, Lithuania’s National Promotional Bank, where he leads the integration of sustainability into the bank’s strategy, operations, risk management, and financing activities. Prior to joining ILTE, he gained experience in sustainability roles across the banking and legal sectors. Tadas holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development and Production and serves as a Board Member of the Lithuanian Responsible Business Association (LAVA).

Audrius Šileika is a sustainability and environmental management professional with more than 30 years of experience. He serves as General Manager of DNV Lithuania, part of DNV, a leading global provider of assurance, testing, inspection, and certification services. In this role, he supports organizations in improving performance, managing risks, and advancing sustainable business practices. Through DNV’s mission of safeguarding life, property, and the environment, Audrius helps companies strengthen the reliability of their operations, products, people, and supply chains.
